We would like to inform our customers that Xiril AG, leading global manufacturer of liquid handling robotics, has awarded an exclusive distributorship for direct sales, service and support for all Xiril products for the US & Canada to L&M BioTech. Having worked together successfully for several years, both companies determined that we could better serve our customers by combining all sales, marketing, service and support for Xiril products out of one central office at L&M BioTech in North Carolina. Effective April 1, 2009, L&M BioTech will be providing all service and support for Xiril products in the US & Canada. Located in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina, L&M BioTech has recently opened new offices adding a Customer Support Center including sales, customer service and technical support staff.
