The isolation of intact, high quality RNA is critical to successful gene expression analysis experiments including RT-PCR, RNA mapping, in vitro translation, Q-RT-PCR, RNA labelling, and cDNA library generation. Promega’s SV RNA Purification System
This is a silica membrane method for isolating up to 96 RNA samples free from genomic DNA contamination. Total RNA is purified from cells, tissue, plants or blood.
Promega MagneSil RNA and DNA Isolation
The MagneSil® Genomic DNA isolation technique purifies DNA suitable for end-point PCR and real-time PCR. The MagneSil® Total RNA system purifies total RNA for downstream expression profiling amplification reactions (end-point and real-time PCR). Both techniques can be performed simultaneously on the same robotic platform.

The mini-isolation system is a high-throughput 96-well format for fast, simple preparation of intact, purified total RNA from small amounts of cell culture, tissue, or freshly isolated whole blood.
