Serial Dilution
For many pharmaceutical and diagnostic applications, samples or compounds are stored at higher concentrations, but the activities are measured at very low levels. This involves samples being serially diluted from high concentrations at storage to lower concentrations that are made compatible with the specific assay requirements. Individually calibrated pipetting pumps guarantee the highest pipetting precision.
