SPE Module - automated vacuum extraction
Automated vacuum extraction is performed with the automated Solid Phase Extraction Workstation for washing, blotting and extraction. The Plate-GripX is used to transport the filter plate and the vacuum manifold collar. With a broad range of applications in DNA isolation or purification, RNA isolation, or the concentration of compound traces in analytics, the robotic workstations provide the ideal liquid handling automation platform in molecular biology of drug-discovery.
Both the pressure and vacuum time are controlled by the Lirix Software Package.
